School tells us that when we follow some process we will achieve certain results and society tell us same.

Nevertheless, there are times when these claims aren’t our reality.

➡ The most hardworking is not always the richest
➡ The one who studies most is not always the one with highest score
➡ The most brilliant student is not always the one who gets to work first
➡ The most prayerful is not always the one with the highest miracle
➡ The most beautiful is not always first to marry
➡ The first to marry is not always first to have children
➡ The first to have children is not always first to become grandparent
➡ The first to be admitted in school is not always first to graduate
➡ The first to become rich is not always the one with lasting wealth
➡ The first to cook is not always the first to eat

“I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time.”- Ecclesiastes 9:11 NLT

In life, everyone goes through a phase when 2+2 is not equal to 4, that phase when it seem you don’t know how to do it despite doing all. Some have chosen to stop trying; some have chosen to end their life.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13

Understand that everyone goes through a phase like this; this bend is not your end.

The fact that 2+2 isn’t adding up to 4 now does not mean it will never add up. One of the things we need to learn in life is patience, when you exhaust patience put in perseverance (persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success).

Patience and perseverance of course does not mean doing it the same way, you can tweak the process as long as it doesn’t contradict God’s word. You want to get 4 and you expect to get double 2 to add up, if life throws you random numbers like 1.2, 0.5, 2.6 etc keep compiling the numbers till you get 4.

Don’t you ever stop trying.

See you on top!
